RETURN POLICY
At Olivia's Closet, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you are unhappy with an item because it does not meet your expectations, simply contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly assist you with the return process.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been delivered.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will either:
• Send a replacement free of charge
• Issue a full refund
• Offer an alternative solution based on your preference
LOST PACKAGES
Olivia's Closet will provide a replacement order or refund in the following situations:
• Tracking confirms the package was lost in transit
• The carrier cannot locate the shipment after investigation
• The package shows no tracking updates for an extended period
• You received the wrong item
• Your order arrived damaged
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still request a return after receiving your package according to this Return & Refund Policy.
Approved cancellations will receive a full refund.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or any customer-related reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Olivia's Closet will cover the return shipping costs whenever applicable.
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and chosen carrier.
TRACKED RETURNS
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.
Olivia's Closet cannot be responsible for return packages lost during transit without tracking information.

During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur that are outside our control.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
